Standard Shipping

NOTE: Please expect longer than normal shipping lead times during the busy holidays.

All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. For all Custom Monogram Items, please allow 10 business days to process and be ready to ship. Items sent directly from our supplier may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Shipping times are subject to availability of the product.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you with a shipment date, and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to a longer delivery time, such as a manufacturer experiencing a production backup. If this is the case, you will be alerted as soon as we are aware a problem exists.
